Procedure

Great day to brew. First uper-high-gravity beer attempt. Learned some things.

Efficiency can take a dumpt when doing really big beers. If I had planned better I could have had a second beer partigyle style. APA or IPA probably.

Adding the 2 lbs of sugar just to get it to a barleywine gravity.

Also, my new stainless diptube in the MLT caused some grain material to get in to the BK and I wasn't too happy about that. Plan to drill some holes in it near the bottom like I had on my copper dip tube to keep shit that gets past the false bottom from being picked up by the dip tube.
