Method: All Grain

Brewed with a new homebrewer, Don O from the Snake River Brewers club. Mashed at 154F for 60 minutes, mashed out at 168F (10 minute rest). Nailed OG at 1.065.

Comments

Brew day was smooth. Chilled with the help of some ice. Quite a bit of hop debris got in to 2nd carboy. 1st carboy pitched Wyeast 1056 Chico strain, 2nd carboy pitched WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast from White Labs.
