Mashed at 156F for 45 min. Did 10 minute mash-out.

Comments

Undershot my gravity a bit. Need to mark my BK gauge glass. Suspect I'm over sparging. Measured OG at 1.041 instead of 1.044.

Dry hopped at 0.5 oz/gallon. Half centennial, half cascade. I prefer the centennial. It's a little more crisp & bold. Both are really good. Malt character still comes through. Next time I'd probably back of the dry hop a tad.
