BrewBlog: Big Red Imperial IRA
Specifics
General Information
Method: All Grain

Ended up mashing at 150F. Got worried about it not finishing low enough and decided to mash lower. Pitched a bunch of WLP090 I got from Kerry @ Edge brewing co.

Comments

Finished too high. Too sweet for my taste. Next time I brew an double IPA I'll mash lower (147-148) and maybe use some sugar to boost gravity to get a drier finish.
