"Flaked Rice" is actually just minute rice from the grocery store. Important to use instant rice to avoid having to do a cereal mash.

Fine with gelatin in secondary.

Pretty smooth brew day. Knocked out 13.5 gallons. I'm fermenting 5 as ale, and 2 as lager. Randal is fermenting 5 as an ale, and Gary fermenting 1.5 as ale. WLP090.
