Procedure

Mash at 150F for 75 minutes. Ramp to 168F over 10 minutes for mash out. 90 minute boil. Recipe based on 6 gallons, intend to collect 5.5 gallons in fermenter after wort lost to hops/trub. Calculations based on 80% efficiency.
